1/4 cup water
Toast the oats in a frying pan until golden brown, add in honey and cinnamon.
In a mixing bowl combine the protein powder, oat mix, peanut butter and water and mix together. Roll into small balls. place the coconut flakes on a flat surface and roll the protein balls in the coconut until the surface over the ball is completely covered. Place in fridge to cool or eat right away. :)
