Protein Banana Walnut Bread

Protein Banana Walnut Chocolate Chip Bread
Ingredients:
1 medium banana sliced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 scoops 1stPhorm Level 1 Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 whole egg
1 cup egg whites
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup stevia
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl combine the flour, oats, protein powder, stevia, cinnamon and mix together. Next mix in the coconut oil and water. Mix well together. You should have a smooth creamy mixture, add more water if needed. Finally add in the banana, chocolate chips, and walnuts. Mix well together.
Spray bread pan with PAM, scoop batter in. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn oven off and allow to cool in the oven. Enjoy. :)
